Description:
1. GPM series WPC profile Production Line is mainly used for many profile product. The unit consists of conical double double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer .
2. These machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products, the series of products are: one step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic nad wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.
3. WPC profile extrusion line is used to produce the decking board which is apply to be decorative panels, outdoor flooring, guardrail post, tech pavilion, garden fence, balcony guardrail, field fence, leisure bench.
Applications:
Chang different extruding mould,this machine can also produce PVC door & window profiles, foamed special shaped materials profiles, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products, etc.
