How to solve the problem of insufficient roundness of pvc pipe in the production process

Sometimes when we produce pvc pipes, the pvc pipes will not be round enough, how do we slove it? It only needs five steps, you can get the pipes that you want.

We need to adjust the vacuum sizing machine, we need to adjust the spray nozzle angle which in the spray water tank. Then the pipe can be cooled evenly.
Check the spray water level height, water meter pressure, to make the spray really powerful.
Check the water temprature condition of the vacuum sizing set machine and spray water tank, if it is >35℃, then it need to match with cooling system or increase spray water cooling tank.
Check waterways, wash the filter,adjust the craft, check and modify the inner roundness of the sizing set sleeves
Adjust pipe guide clamping device, to modify the roundness of pvc pipes.
