First step:

Raw material mixing: 

Put into the PE raw material, master material, stablizer,defoaming agent, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials, according to the proportion, the process has been added to the drying mixer. The moisture is removed, and the material is fully dried and mixed into the hopper of the extruder.

Second step：

Extruder part:

The machine is equipped with quantitative feeding device, so the amount of extrusion can match with the amount of feeding, to ensure stable extrusion of products.

Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding part has a larger diameter, the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material is relative large, it is good for plasticization of the material, the measuring section of the screw diameter is small, reduce the heat transfer and shear speed of the solution, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature.

When the screw rotates in the barrel,the pe mixture is plasticized and push to the head, so as to achetive compaction, melting and mixing homogenization.And realize the purpose of exhaust ,dehydration.

The feeding device and screw drive device using frequency conversion speed regulation, can realize synchronous speed regulation.
