Extrusion System: Utilizes high-efficiency single or twin-screw extruders, equipped with premium electric heating rings and temperature control systems to ensure uniform plasticization and stable extrusion of HDPE raw materials. Optional forced feeding device enhances material conveying efficiency.
Mold & Calibration System: Precision-designed spiral or basket-type die heads ensure uniform wall thickness. Vacuum calibration tank with spray cooling system enables rapid shaping and improves dimensional accuracy.
Haul-Off Unit: Multi-track haul-off system with stepless speed adjustment provides stable and even traction, preventing deformation.
Cutting Machine: Automatic planetary cutter or synchronous saw cutter delivers clean cuts with adjustable lengths.
Stacking & Coiling System: Automatic turnover racks or winding coiling devices ensure efficient finished product collection.
Automated Control System: PLC + touchscreen intelligent control monitors real-time parameters with fault alarms and data storage.
