Description:

PVC pellet extrusion/production line is widely used in producing PVC granules/ pellets from the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC, mixed material, recycled PVC powder etc. With special screw and barrel, die head, it can also be used to produce CPVC granules, WPC granules etc.

PVC powder(or add mater batch) → Plastic mixer and feeder → Conical double screw extruder → Extrusion mould → Cutter → Pelletizer → Air delivery system → Vibrating sieve(optional) → Storage Bin

Applications:

1. Conical double-screw extruder, very suitable to process PVC powder with high capacity
2. Pelletizing style: Hot-cutting on mould face, even cutting ensures good shape.
