Description:

Plastic automatic charger →Hopper plastic dryer→ Single screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Haul off machine → Cutting machine → Discharging rack

The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.

Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.

The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJ series single screw

extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.

The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,

ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
