Description:
1. WPC Profile production machine adopts special design screw, barrel, mould and original wood-plastic technology and formamula of company, matching auxiliary equipment, such as avcuum forming device, tractor, timber dapper, upender, the product line is mainly used for PVC powder + wood powder, garden landscape material, logistics material, etc.
2. This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. After high temperature and high pressure extrusion ,the products can be used for pallets ,packing plates ,windows and door frames ,decoration panels and etc .
3. This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step extrusion method alter pelletizing. The two-step extrusion method can save the power and space , and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can gain the high output and stable extrusion pressure.
