2. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better.
3. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evently stay in the extruder. The screws and barrel are bi-metallic treated , more wearable and anti-corrosion.
4. It is mainly used for producing various sizes of PVC profiles, ceiling, panel, hollow board and so on. Our pvc profile machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.Normal PVC profile making line is composed by extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, hual-off and cutter, stacker. With different mould, pvc ceiling making machine can produce PVC products with different shapes.
