Description:

1. This PE Drainage Pipe Extrusion Line can be used in PE Large Diameter Gas and Water Pipe which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance of environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, heat-linkage, and so on.

2.  This pipe production line is a prefect gas and water pipe for ductwork system between city and its suburb. Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

3. Could choose screw diameter 25~90mm extruder according to production capacity and outer diameter;
Could choose PE extruder, fluorine plastic (high temperature resistant, strong corrosion-resistant) special extruder according to material of the pipes to be produced. Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies, the surface of the extruding dies is mirror polished.

4. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , snmooth outside and inside wall,  and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm ,  manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube,  ordinary PP-R , PE , PEX , and PE-RT pipes.
