Description:

1.Extruder: According to different material, use(Exhaust, don't exhaust) single screw extruder, special designed screw and accurate temperature control system, ensure the good plasticization and high output. Use hard tooth surface reducer, long service life, high stable, low noise. Use famous brand motor, reliable quality. Use special screw equip with water cooling system, to ensure the stable and capacity of the extruder.

2.Screen changer and mould: Hydraulic quick screen changer ensures no leakage,net changing is dast and effective.Mould according to different material, adopt hanger structure mould, equipped with air flow agent.

3.Vacuum sizing table:Adopt clamping type shaping die, equippedwith mould cooling device, adopt hydraulic or electric lift, with emergancy stop function,to ensure the safety.

4.Five roller tractor:The tractor roller adopt rubber roller, five roller synchronous drive, to ensure the table and smooth of the sheet.

5.Oven:Use precise power control modules are used, use stainless steel heating rod, Thus ensure the oven temperature constant, so that the palte uniformly heated.

6.Cutting device:Manually adjust the cutter position, to ensure the synchronous of cut speed and board speed, and constant, The balde material is alloy,make sure the cut of the sheet is smooth.

7.Double roll tractor:The traction cots are made of nitrile butadiene rubber,frequency drive, it can prevent the sheet from losing step in the process of draing, and ensure the stability and flatness of the sheet.

8.Transverse cutting unit:Adopt cylinder clamping,follow up cut off, motor drive, with vacuum device.
