The description of PE Pipe Making Machine:

 

The PE Pipe Extrusion Production Line is designed to produce high-quality polyethylene pipes efficiently and steadily. It includes several important parts, each with a specific function in the production process.

 

The first part is the feeding machine. This machine feeds the raw materials, usually PE granules mixed with additives, into the extruder continuously and evenly. The feeding machine ensures that the materials flow smoothly without interruption, which is very important to keep the extrusion process stable.

 

The second main part is the single screw extruder. This is the core equipment of the production line. Inside the extruder, the screw rotates to push, melt, and mix the plastic materials by heating and shearing. The melted plastic moves forward through the barrel and is prepared for shaping. Single screw extruders are commonly used for PE because they are simple, reliable, and efficient for melting plastic.

 

Next, the melted plastic enters the die (mold). The die shapes the molten plastic into a hollow pipe. The design of the die is very important because it determines the pipe’s diameter, wall thickness, and surface quality. A precise die ensures the pipes meet strict size and quality standards.

 

After the pipe is formed by the die, it goes into the vacuum calibration and sizing tank. This tank is filled with water and has vacuum pressure applied to hold the pipe in the correct shape and size while it cools down. The vacuum helps the pipe keep a perfect round shape and prevents it from deforming.

 

Then, the pipe moves into the spray cooling tank. This tank sprays water evenly on the pipe surface to cool it down further and harden it. Proper cooling helps avoid internal stresses in the pipe and improves its strength and durability.

 

The cooled pipe is pulled forward by the haul-off machine (traction unit). This machine pulls the pipe at a constant speed to keep the pipe’s shape and thickness steady. It prevents stretching or damage during the production.

 

After that, the pipe reaches the cutting saw, which cuts the pipe into the desired lengths. The cutting saw works precisely to make smooth and clean pipe ends. This makes the pipes ready for further use or packaging.

 

Finally, the pipes are placed on the stacking rack. This rack collects the finished pipes neatly and makes it easier to handle, store, or transport them. It keeps the production area organized and improves efficiency.
