1. PVC Foam Board Production LineThe foamed board top and bottom surface layer is hard PVC and inner layer is foamed PVC. It consists of main extruder, co-extruder, distributor, calibration mould, cooling rack, haul-off, cutter and stacker.

Description:
1. PVC foam board production line's plate has such characteristic as sound separation, sound
adsorption, heat separation,keep worming, etc. PVC foam board production line's material is incombustible, it is safe for use. PVC foam board production line's products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance, its vibration resistant effect is good.
2. The screws and barrels are made of special alloy and the structure is optimized. Exchanging screen rapidly about 1.5 seconds every times, the screen changer unit don't need the downtime. The cutting unit can guarantee the precise measurements through the adjustment of length and width, the error of product's diagonal<3mm, the using range of products is wide. The line can adopt one, two, three extruders together to do one layer, multi-layer plastic sheet. The electric control system utilize imported frequency converter, it's safe and reliable.
3. Work flow:
Mixer→SJSZ series extruder→Coat-hanger type mould→Calibration cooling platform→cooling rollers and edge-cutting device→Haul off→stacker
